【摘要】:ThistechnicalreportdescribesimportantbackgroundmaterialusedduringtherevisionofIEC61196-1:1995,Clause14,Guidanceforsurfacetransferimpedanceandscreeningattenuationlimitsforflexibler.f.cables.Inthistechnicalreport,therelationshipbetweensurfacetransferimpedance(ZT)andscreeningattenuation(as)isgiven,alsomeasurementsofZTandasareprovidedtoshowthecorrelationofmeanscreeningattenuationbetween200MHzand500MHzandZTatboth30MHzand300MHz.Thesensitivityofastotherelativevelocitydifferencebetweentheinnerandoutersystemisshown.Thecabledatasheetshouldshowtheasvaluesinastandardizedform–Δv/v=10%andthecharacteristicimpedanceoftheoutersystemis150Ω.Itisalsoshownthatarelativevelocitydifferencechangefrom10%to40%givesanimprovementof12dBinscreeningattenuation.
