【摘要】:TheTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidancefor—evaluationofmeasurementuncertaintiesusingdataobtainedfromstudiesconductedinaccordancewithISO5725-2:1994;—comparisonofcollaborativestudyresultswithmeasurementuncertainty(MU)obtainedusingformalprinciplesofuncertaintypropagation(seeClause14).ISO5725-3:1994providesadditionalmodelsforstudiesofintermediateprecision.However,whilethesamegeneralapproachmaybeappliedtotheuseofsuchextendedmodels,uncertaintyevaluationusingthesemodelsisnotincorporatedinthepresentTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicableinallmeasurementandtestfieldswhereanuncertaintyassociatedwitharesulthastobedetermined.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotdescribetheapplicationofrepeatabilitydataintheabsenceofreproducibilitydata.ThisTechnicalSpecificationassumesthatrecognized,non-negligiblesystematiceffectsarecorrected,eitherbyapplyinganumericalcorrectionaspartofthemethodofmeasurement,orbyinvestigationandremovalofthecauseoftheeffect.TherecommendationsinthisTechnicalSpecificationareprimarilyforguidance.Itisrecognizedthatwhiletherecommendationspresenteddoformavalidapproachtotheevaluationofuncertaintyformanypurposes,itisalsopossibletoadoptothersuitableapproaches.Ingeneral,referencestomeasurementresults,methodsandprocessesinthisTechnicalSpecificationarenormallyunderstoodtoapplyalsototestingresults,methodsandprocesses.

【摘要】:Adense,uniformstandofturfgrassonaplayingsurfaceimprovestheplayingqualityandsafetyofthefieldbyprovidingfirmfootingfortheathletesandbycushioningtheirimpactfromfallsortackles.Thesestandardsaretheminimuminputsrequiredtoprovidesuchasurface.Variouspublishedguideshavebeenusedinthedevelopmentofthisguide(1-5).2Fieldconditionsmaydirectlyinfluencethefrequencyandtypeofathleticinjuriesoccurringasaresultofusingthefields.Whilethesestandardsdonotguaranteethatsuchinjurieswillbeprevented,awell-maintainedturfonanaturalplayingsurfaceshouldminimizefield-relatedinjuries.1.1Thisguidecoverstheminimumrequirementsformaintainingcoolseasonturfgrassesusedfornaturalsurfaceathleticfields.Practicescoveredincludemowing,fertilization,irrigation,corecultivation,overseeding,andpestmanagement.1.2Thedecisionsinvolvedinmaintainingaqualitynaturalplayingsurfaceshouldconsidersoiltypes,localclimateandotherfactors;therefore,itisrecommendedthatyoucontactyourlocalcooperativeextensionserviceformorespecificinformationonsoils,andgrassspeciesandcultivarsadaptedtoyourarea.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
