【摘要】:Thisguideisusedtodistinguishsoaktankmetalcleanersthatareexcessivelycorrosivetometals(otherthanaluminumanditsalloyswhicharecoveredbyMethodD930).Theuserswilldefinethedegreeofcorrosionconsideredexcessive,intermsofweightlossperunitofsurfaceareaorintermsofchangesinappearance,orboth.1.1Thisguidecoversdeterminationofthecorrosiveeffectsofsoaktankmetalcleanersonallmetalsotherthanaluminumanditsalloys,underconditionsoftotalimmersion,byquantitativemeasurementofweightchangeorbyqualitativevisualdeterminationofchange.Thetestdeterminestheeffectsofthecleaneronmetalsbeingcleaned,anddoesnotdeterminethelifeofthecleanerorofthecontainingequipment.1.2Whenthetestisusedtoassistinthechoiceofmaterialforaspecificuse,thetestconditionsshouldsimulatetheconditionsofuseascloselyaspracticable.1.3Wherenofurtherprocessingsubsequenttocleaningisindicated,atestfortheeffectofresidualcleaneronthecorrosionbehaviorofthematerialmayberequired.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.MaterialSafetyDataSheetsareavailableforreagentsandmaterials.Reviewthemforhazardspriortousage.

【摘要】:WARNING—PersonsusingthisInternationalStandardshouldbefamiliarwithnormallaboratorypractice.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtoensurecompliancewithanynationalregulatoryconditions.CAUTION—CertainproceduresspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmayinvolvetheuseorgenerationofsubstances,orthegenerationofwaste,thatcouldconstitutealocalenvironmentalhazard.Referenceshouldbemadetoappropriatedocumentationonsafehandlinganddisposalafteruse.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthestaticadhesionoftextilecordtovulcanizedrubberusingtheH-pulltest.Itisapplicabletocordsmadefromnaturalorman-madefibres.Thepropertylevelsobtainedwiththismethodareaffectedconsiderablybythehistoryofthecordandtherubbercompound.Themethodyieldsdata,however,onwhichajudgementastotheservicequalityofthematerialcanbebased.Themethodisprimarilyintendedforusewithtyrecord.However,itcanbeapplied,ifdesired,tosimilarcordsforuseinotherrubberproducts,butitislimitedtocordsoflineardensitynotexceeding800mg/m(tex).
