【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthesoapandorganic-acidcontentofrawstyrene-butadienerubber(SBR).MethodAissuitablefornon-oil-extendedstyrene-butadienerubbers.MethodBisapplicabletooil-extendedstyrene-butadienerubbers.Themethodsdependontheextractionoftheorganicacidsandsoapsfromtherubberbymeansofaspecifiedsolvent.Inpractice,therefore,itisconvenienttodeterminebothorganic-acidandsoapcontentsonseparateportionsofthesamesolventextract.Sincethesoapsandorganicacidspresentintherubberarenotsinglechemicalcompounds,themethodgivesonlyanapproximatevalueforthesoapandorganic-acidcontent.
