【摘要】:EachOccupantRequirementScale(seeFigs.1-5)inthisclassificationprovidesameanstosettherequiredlevelofserviceabilityofabuildingorfacilityforonetopicofserviceabilityandtocomparethatlevelagainstanylevelofanyotheroccupant,orofanybuildingorfacility.EachFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1-5)inthisclassificationprovidesameanstoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofabuildingorfacilityforonetopicofserviceabilityandtocomparethatlevelagainstanylevelofrequirementofanyoccupant,orofanyotherbuildingorfacility.Thisclassificationcanbeusedforcomparinghowwelldifferentbuildingsorfacilitiesmeetaparticularrequirementforserviceability.Itisapplicabledespitedifferencessuchaslocation,structure,mechanicalsystems,age,andbuildingshape.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatetheamountofvarianceofserviceabilityfromtargetorfromrequirement,forasingleofficefacility,orwithinagroupofofficefacilities.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethefollowing:4.5.1Serviceabilityofanexistingfacilityforusesotherthanitspresentuse.4.5.2Serviceability(potential)ofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt.4.5.3Serviceability(potential)ofafacilityforwhichremodelinghasbeenplanned.Useofthisclassificationdoesnotresultinbuildingevaluationordiagnosis.Buildingevaluationordiagnosisgenerallyrequiresaspecialexpertiseinbuildingengineeringortechnology,andtheuseofinstruments,tools,ormeasurements.Thisclassificationappliesonlytofacilitiesthatarebuildingconstructions,orpartthereof.(Whileclassificationmaybeusefulinratingtheserviceabilityoffacilitiesthatarenotbuildingconstructions,suchfacilitiesareoutsidethescopeofthisclassification.Seediscussionunderdefinition3.1.1.)Thisclassificationisnotintendedfor,andisnotsuitablefor,useforregulatorypurposesnorforfirehazardassessmentnorforfireriskassessment.1.1Thisclassificationcontainspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforsuitablethermalenvironmentandindoorairconditions.1.2Withinthisaspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,shownin5,isforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(see)summarizesonelevelofrequirementforserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingparagraphintheFacilityRatingScale(see)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.1.3TheparagraphsintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningtoestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomicallyhowwellafacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroupovertime.Theparagraphsarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.1.4Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichschematicorpreliminarydrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.1.5Thisstandardindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberated(classified)atacertainlevelofserviceabi......
