【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61558dealswiththesafetyoftransformersforconstructionsitesandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingtransformersforconstructionsites.Transformersincorporatingelectroniccircuitsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTE1Safetyincludeselectrical,thermalandmechanicalaspects.Unlessotherwisespecified,fromhereonward,thetermtransformercoverstransformersforconstructionsitesandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingtransformersforconstructionsites.Thispartisapplicabletostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)independentorassociatedtransformers,beingisolatingorsafetyisolatingdrytypetransformersfortheuseonconstructionsites.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Theratedsupplyvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.,andtheratedsupplyfrequencyandtheinternaloperatingfrequenciesdonotexceed500Hz.ThisstandardusedincombinationwithPart2-16forSwitchmodepowersupplyunits(SMPS)isalsoapplicabletopowersupplieswithinternaloperatingfrequencieshigherthan500Hz.WherethetworequirementsareinconflictthemostseveretakeprecedenceTheratedoutputdoesnotexceed:–25kVAforsingle-phasetransformers;–40kVAforpoly-phasetransformers.Thispartisapplicabletotransformerswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutputsubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.NOTE2Transformersintendedtosupplydistributionnetworksarenotincludedinthescope.Isolatingtransformersandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingisolatingtransformersforconstructionsiteshaveano-loadoutputvoltageandaratedoutputvoltageexceeding50Va.c.andnotexceeding250Va.c.Safetyisolatingtransformersandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingsafetyisolatingtransformersforconstructionsiteshaveano-loadoutputvoltageandaratedoutputvoltagenotexceeding50Va.c.NOTE3ThisstandardisapplicabletotransformersforthesupplyofelectricityinlocationsasspecifiedinIEC60364-7-704.Thelatteralsospecifiestheprotectionbyusinganearthedmidpointorstarpointoftheoutputwinding.Transformersandpowersupplyunitscoveredbythispartareusedinapplicationswhereitisrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheappliancespecificationforprotectionpurposes.WhenthetransformersorpowersupplyunitsareincorporatedintolowvoltageswitchgearandcontrolgearassembliesforconstructionsitesasspecifiedinIEC60439-4,theadditionalrequirementsofIEC60439-4willapplytotheassembly.NOTE4Fortransformersfilledwithliquiddielectricorpulverisedmaterial,suchassand,additionalrequirementsareunderconsideration.NOTE5Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:–measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluenceslikefungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiationandicingshouldalsobeconsidered;–thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationofthetransformersandpowersupplyunitsshouldalsobeconsidered;–additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletotransformersandpowersupplyunitsintendedforuseinspecialenvironmentssuchastropicalenvironment.NOTE6Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentoftransformersmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthisstandardmaybeusedasaguidancedocument.
