【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofcontainer/palletloaderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:—Container/Palletloader(self-propelled)singleplatform;—Container/Palletloader(self-propelled)twoplatforms;—Container/Palletloader/transporter(self-propelled);—Container/Palletloader/transferplatform(towed).ExamplesofsomeofthedifferenttypesofloadersareshowninAnnexB.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinprEN1915-4andprEN1915-3.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletocontainer/palletloaderswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.NOTECertainmeasurementshavebeengiveninimperialunits(inparentheses)followingthemetricmeasurementssincethecontainers/palletstobehandledarebasedmainlyontheimperialsystem.
