【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovehiclemountedHydraulicPlatforms(HP's)asdefinedin3.1,intendedforusebyfireandrescueservices.HP'smayparticipateinfirefighting,rescueorprotectionofpersons,protectionoftheenvironmentandinavarietyofothertechnicaloperations.Thisdocumentidentifiesthesignificanthazards(seeClause4)forallsizesofHP'susedbyfireandrescueservices,onthebasisthattheyaresuppliedinacompleteform,testedandreadyforuse.Italsogivesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazards.ThisdocumentappliesonlytoHP'sclassifiedingroupB?type1accordingtoEN280:2001,1.4.NOTE1HPsofgroupB?type1arethosewheretheverticalprojectionofthecentreofgravityoftheloadmaybeoutsidethetippinglinesandforwhichtravellingisonlyallowedwiththeHPinitstravelcondition.ConsequentlythisdocumentdoesnotapplytoHP'swiththefollowingclassificationaccordingtoEN280-2001,1.4:?groupA?type1;?groupA?type2;?groupA?type3;?groupB?type2;?groupB?type3.ThisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1846-2andEN1846-3.ThisdocumentdealswiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluse,theroutinecheckingandmaintenanceofhydraulicplatformswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoHP's,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturerandtakingaccountoftheirwholelifecycle(seeClause4).NOTE2Thelifecycleincludesconstruction,transport,assemblyandinstallation,commissioning,use(includingsetting,teaching/programmingorprocesschangeover),operation,cleaning,faultfinding,maintenance,decommissioning,dismantlingand,asfarassafetyisconcerned,disposal.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththeadditionalhazardsfor:?useinundergroundwork(mines);?useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;?flatbeltsforextendingstructuredrivesystems.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoHP'swhichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
